Chauffeur Driven Journeys
In addition to our standard airport meet and greet services, we are
able to offer an optional Chauffeur services from the time you arrive
at Airport. This service is offered on a daily or hourly basis, by
a reputable, police cleared and secure agent thereby putting our
client’s safety first.
The cars on offer vary according to villa/apartment
location. Detailed information on Car and Chauffeur
are provided at the point of booking and are
also available at the villa/apartment.
This service can be pre- book with your villa
holiday booking or by giving two days notice
on arrival.
Services Charges/ Time:
Daily Service: 9am till 5pm.
Evening Service: 6pm till 11am
Hourly Service: Minimum of 3 Hours

Catering/Chef/Butler
All our Villas/apartments are self-catering,
however if you are in the mood of indulging yourself
or celebrating a special occasion, we offer catering
services at set menu for lunches and Dinners.
Our Chefs are available on an hourly basis for
birthday or special occasion celebration. If
you require hourly service, menu requirement
will have to be pre-booked with your villa reservation.
Cost of set menus include
the food ingredients and cooking.

All food would be prepared on site at the Villa.
Catering services doe not include waitress services
unless specifically requested.
All our Chefs are trained and qualified.
Specialist menus are available in specific countries.
We strongly advised that you check the ingredients
of each menu for your own safety. Best-Retreats
do not accept responsible for any food allergies
and reaction. Please notify us prior to booking
if you suffer from any food allergies/reaction.

Child Care Services
Parents are responsible for the actions of
their children at all times. But for that special
evening or just wanting to get away for a couple
of hour, we offer
Baby-sitting services.
These services are commissioned from privately
owned registered agencies therefore; each countries
legal requirement will apply.
This is purely and simply a baby-sitting service
and not a childminding or nanny services.
For your own peace of mind and safety, all
our baby-sitters are mature, responsible and
police checked or register. Baby-sitter’s
age varied age from 18 – 50 years old.
The ratios of baby-sitter to children are:
Children aged 2 years and above: maximum of
3 (three) children to One (1) baby-sitter
of varied
Children under the age of 2: One (1) baby-sitter
to one (1) child
This services is charged on an hourly basis
and price varied for each Country.

House-Keeping Service
In addition to our standard house keeping charged
with your villa booking. We offer additional
house keeping/ maid services as and when
required.
This level of this service varies according
to villa location and can consist of preparation
only with linen and towels to full house clean,
on five days per week with daily towel change
and weekly linen change.
This service can be pre- book with your villa
holiday booking or by giving two days notice
on arrival. Price will be notified on reservation
or by calling us on +44 (0) 1634 846402 for
further enquiries. Booking details and prices
are also available at the Villa.
The Service will be charged at a cleaning
rate per day with a discount for 5 (five) day
booking.

Food Shopping
In addition to our standard welcome goodies
for each client on arrival at any of our villas/Apartments
for each booking, we offer clients the opportunity
to email or send us your shopping list in advance
and we will do the shopping for you and deliver
them to your villa on the day of arrival so
everything stays fresh.
If you are busy enjoying your holiday and
need replenishing, just give us a call from
your villa with the list and we will deliver
it to you the next day or where possible the
same day.
All food shopping cost are payable on departure
and will be deducted from the deposit unless
paid in advance with villa reservation.

Attraction and Activity Tickets
We can arrange for all your attraction and
park tickets to be done at the convenient of
your villa/apartments. Just tell us where you
will like to go on the top ten or twenty must
visits places listed on our website for each
country and we will arrange the tickets for
you. Our Agent will call you and arrange to
meet you at your convenient to pay for the
tickets. Most of our agents carry card machine
with them. So avoid that long queue at Disney
gets, or Robben Island and be among the first
people to get in, allowing you plenty of pleasure
times to spend on other activities.
