Orange Terrace - it was a great location with regard to the town centre and the station. At the price I paid, and the facilities available, it was good value for money.
Eastgate Terrace - lovely location - right in the centre of things but away from the noise of the high street. I know you'd just had it re-done so you're probably still in the process of equipping it but I was short a few things in the kitchen like a cheese-grater, a frying pan, a corkscrew, a bread knife - but generally speaking well equipped.
Overall, I do think the telephone charges need to be clearer - I now realise it would have been cheaper for me to use my mobile to make my calls to Spain, but I had no way of judging that before the fact as there was no information about how much calls were costing.
I was happy with both properties at the price I paid, and happy with the service I received from you.

We received your check. Thank you so much for understanding about our hasty departure. We very much enjoyed the flat. It was a fine size for our family of six, and the location was very convenient. We all took advantage of being so close to the Heath – my oldest daughter went for a run on most mornings, my husband and I loved to head out to Parliament Hill to see the sunset, and my youngest two really loved the range of playgrounds we discovered there. I had intended to walk to Kenwood House, but we were so busy we never got a chance to go.
The Hampstead flat itself was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our two week stay. I loved being able to open the large windows and get a nice cross breeze to cool the apartment in the evening. It probably would have been better if I had been the one to meet you there when we first arrived, as it did not cross my husband’s mind to find out how to use the washer. But even in the absence of instructions we were eventually able to figure out the symbols.
We did have one odd problem when we were there. I am not sure if it is something that has affected your other customers – but you might want to look into it. We were very grateful to have the computer and internet access – two weeks away from Facebook would have been a crime for my kids. But for some reason we were unable to access our home email. We were able to access other email programs (like Yahoo email) but not our email from our home ISP. I contacted them twice, and was told that your IP address (the specific address for the computer in the flat) was blacklisted – meaning that it had been found as one that sent spam. They assured me that they could “white list it”, but that never happened. You may want to check this out with your internet service provider.
Also, by now you may have realized there is a leak in the sink in the W/C upstairs. It just showed up the last day we were there – I told Steve to tell you about it, but in the rush he may have forgotten.
Sorry it took so long to write – our email crashed when we got home and it has taken a while to recover.

"This is a great little flat and a great base for exploring London. The contact, Abi, was friendly and courteous, and always replied very quickly to emails. There were just a couple of little things that prevent me giving the 'excellent' rating. The main problem was that the flat did not have enough water pressure and to fill the bath took way too long. Hardly the end of the world but not ideal. Also there was only one key for the external gate so if your part want to split up you are obliged to rendezvous somewhere to get back in. Again, not exactly bad, but its these two things that stand in the way of an 'excellent' rating. Don't be put off though, its a really well equipped flat in a good location with the number 24 bus which takes you to central London just a few minutes away. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Would I use it again? Without hesitation."

Hi Abi
we had a lovely holiday thank you very much.
The villa was fantastic, well kitted out with everything we could want or
need. In great repair. We rang about the pool heat on our second day there
and Paul was over within the hour. It's in a great location for all the
attractions and it was great to be able to walk to Walmart and restaurants
too. We would not hesitate to recommend your villa to anyone who's looking
for a place in Orlando, and I'll mention it on my write-up on Trip Advisor. Just a couple of points that I think should be mentioned on your
website/literature, that really made our trip.
1. Your pool is south facing. I know It's mentioned on the very bottom of
your webpage, but It's a definate advantage, so I'd highlight it a lot more.
A few friends of ours won't even look at villa's that isn't south facing. 2. Computer access, we used your pc to access out work emails, this was
definately a great selling point for your villa, I'm sure it would get you
lots of bookings if you mentioned it.
3. The pram in the garage, (and cot) we brought our own, but it would've
been very handy to have one supplied at the villa. I think that anything
that makes travelling easier would ensure lots of bookings.
All in all we had a brilliant trip, made even better by your beautilful
villa and its location.

All in all it was an enjoyable trip, but I am not sure we will return to Cape Town. The cold winds on the golf course meant we both needed Doctors attention,
But the answer to would we use Best-Retreats again is a firm yes. We shall be in touch.
